It seems like it may not even be real money but merely an image of it. It should be viewed like orbs. It's best viewed through photographic equipment.

"sent by bush". Again, the problem wasn't caused by one person, and it won't be fixed by one person. The money didn't pass through congress, and they are trying to make it a bi-partisan deal. As far as your question.. I don't know, I think it depends a lot on how the people of this country react. I HOPE people start paying off their debt, and quit living beyond their means. I think that has contributed greatly to the problem.
