Will a mono 750 watt amp RMS push 2 15" subs that are 1000 RMS each...will it be loud or strong

it will push them pretty good. but for a good rule of thumb is to match the rms of the sub to the rms of the amp. too much power will damage your subs. make sure that your box has the right amount of air space and it will be poundin. just make sure that your amp can handle the ohm load that your subs will present to it. here is a website on how to wire your subs to the ohm you want. http://www.a1bigaudio.com/speakerimpedance.htm
