  • Too often. It's horrible.
  • Just then when I entered a word by mistake in the online game I am playing
  • That would when I went for a walk at Coyote Hills the other day. A little kid and his mom were ahead of me. The kid was wearing a red helmet and sweats and was riding a red razor scooter. The kid ran over some gravel, tripped, and splashed into a little puddle of mud. I meant to chuckle softly, but laughter just erupted out of me. Really LOUD laughter and I couldn't stop. I meant to say, quietly, to myself, under my breath, 'Owned.' Because that kid totally just got owned by the gravel and the puddle. Totally owned! But instead it came out more like, 'OWNED!' really loud, and I was pointing at the kid. I said it so loud that the mom, the kid and a few other people looked over at me. They had this look of stunned revulsion on their faces. I was still walking toward the kid and that expression they were giving so unnerved me (coupled with the fact that I COULD NOT BELIEVE I had said 'owned' so loud) that I tripped and fell into a little puddle of mud. Instant karma! It was awesome. Totally deserved. I had nothing else to do hang my head low and mutter to myself, this time under my breath, 'Owned.'
  • A few hours ago actually. I hate it when I let my guard down and end up looking ridiculously sappy. Ughh.
