I have a 1990 Toyota Corolla, The back lights (brake and park) stay on all the time, even when the car is off and all switched are turned to the off position. I think it's a relay but I don't know which one, any ideas where it is, or what it looks like?

the brake light switch located behind the brake pedal or a open circuit fuse check the fuse for the lights sometimes they blow but stay open kinda like when someones horn keeps goin off until they replace the fuse -
