  • I just checked and $80 is a pretty average price today for 500GB sata drives. So that isn't REALLY on "SALE"... Here is a 7200RPM / 32MB buffer for $92 (after shipping) http://www.dealigg.com/story-SEAGATE-ST3500320AS-500GB-SATA-7200-RPM-32MB-Hard-Drive or a 16MB for $83 http://www.dealigg.com/story-Maxtor-DiamondMax-21-500GB-Hard-Drive-7200-16MB-ATA-100-EIDE-OEM Check around if you want a bargain... If you don't mind hassling with rebates and coupons, you can find some kickass deals. dealigg.com froogle.com pronto.com fatwallet.com ecrater.com ebay.com retailmenot.com ...
  • It's not a bad price, but not stellar. The 16 MB would sell me. Seagate's a great product with the best warranty out there. Try bensbargains.net for deals and coupons.
