Is there any way I can get a music play list to play 10 songs in a specific order followed by 100 songs in random order? For example, song 1, 2, 3, 4---10, 345, 32, 76, 29 ect where each number represents a song.

iTunes has a "Shuffle By Album" feature, which might do something similar to what you want. You could arrange the 10 songs as an "Album", and everything else in a separate album, so when those 10 songs are played they're always played together in order.
