If you take marijuana orally rather than smoking it. does it stay in your system as long?

    I would say it stays in the blood longer, but that's assuming you know how to prepare it, and what dosages to use. That's because it takes longer to transfer the medicinal properties to the blood through the small intestine than it does to transfer it through the lungs.     Marijuana is legal in California for medicinal purposes... there are clinics all over the city I live in -- they operate just like the herb dispensaries in the Chinese neighborhoods. Possession is even more legal in Oregon and Alaska... Marijuana possession is not "criminalized" in Canada, or in some countries in Europe.
