  • I'm glad you asked. I used to teach tennis, and had created a bit of havoc in my heel and achilles area. One of my tennis students gave me a wooden slanted box to stand on....the pain went away permanently for years, hasn't returned. This was after hobbling around when I first got up in the morning for years. Serious heel pain. I've since become a massage therapist and hear about this all of the time. I've been telling people, good luck finding the slant box, I don't know who sells them. Lucky for you, last week, I ran into(literally) a site that sells them, look under fitterfirst or www.fitter1.com
