  • According to the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago, “ The best time of day to exercise is the one that's easiest and most convenient for you. If you're undecided, consider how your body's energy level fluctuates throughout the day. · Morning. You can complete your workout first thing and have a sense of accomplishment to carry you through the day. · Lunch time. Your body's natural rhythm slows down in the afternoon. Exercising in the middle of the day can help prevent that energy lull. · Evening. In the late afternoon and early evening your lungs are more open, and your muscle strength and flexibility peak. But if your daily workload is taxing you may feel too drained to exercise.” One warning though. If you have allergies, avoid jogging during the morning hours when the pollen count is at it’s highest. • It depends on where you live and the weather conditions. Safety comes first, so early morning and late afternoon, is usually preferred. Humidity will play a big part, in your choice, if you live in a humid zone. For your health sake, i would avoid jogging anytime around noon, when the sun is the hottest and the temperature is generally too warm. Let common sense be your guide.
  • Well, in the morning...assuming you have eaten breakfast in order to jump start your metabolism...you lose the most weight...my personal favorite time is at night in the winter...the cold air keeps me cool and I love the taste of the crisp air at night...I also simply love the night sky..
  • 2-3 hours after dinner. there's no danger from the sun rays then, and it's calm, and you'll come home, take a shower, and sleep better.
  • around 11:00 o'clock pm
  • right before the sun comes up
  • It depends on your work schedule. I'm a housewife, so I go early in the morning (during the spring and summer seasons). And/or late afternoon (during the fall and winter seasons). But when I did work outside the home, I went in the evenings (because in my last job, I had to be at work by 6 am and got off by 2-3pm. Then I would workout after 4pm anytime).
