  • Shouldn't be....I'm pretty certain convertables and jeeps w/ the tops removed are legal and they have no back windshields. I do not live there nor am I familiar with NH laws. Maybe you could ask Steven Wright ;)
  • If it is designed to be there and is missing, Yes it's a failure. Like all variances it's not a foul unless a whistle is blown. Take good care not to draw attention to yourself by erratic driving, speeding or a loud stereo.
