  • Start jogging and do some crunches.
  • just eat everything in moderation and never eat until you are full. Just try and avoid alot of carbohydrates, try and eat only once a day. Dont eat too much icecream, candy, cookieas and chocolat. But dont cut it out totally if your used to it cos your more likely to over eat or go on a binge. Just take it easy... and dont eat too much, just eat when your hungry but not until your full. And remember it takes about 20min for your brain to realise your full, so if you eat really fast its too late. Eat slow and than youll see you wont want to eat alot.
  • Go on a low fat diet and exercise. Don't be frightened of complex carbohydrates (things like bananas and pastas) as they give you the energy to do the exercise which burns the fat. If you are low on will power join a club where they weigh you each week - nothing like the possibility of humiliating yourself to boost that willpower. Good luck
