One very good and complete exercise is Tennis. You have to run, jump, duck and use your arms. It develops hand-eye coordination....and it's FUN, is actually a game and gives you the opportunity to share with other people. You can even have a playing buddy...to play against him or together against another team in doubles. It's cheap (racket and balls for $40 bucks) and you can always find public courts. You can play it at any time, every season and everywhere. Is fun to share with the family, even with small kids. Lots of people think that running and swimming are good...but they have a con, for many people they are kind of boring...Tennis is not!! Have fun!!

I have looked around the web and found more than a few websites that say you can burn about 800 calories per hour by having sex. That would get my vote for the "best" exercise!

i heard that running and swimming were the best sports or exercises to be good at b/c they were the most useful. rowing maybe or some type of martial art
-
I say rowing because you build muscle mass to increase resting calorie burning rate, and it is very good aerobic exercise. It also uses all the large muscles.

I ink dancing because it involves al your body parts and also its not monotonous. U can change style of dancing, its pace, movements even dance form. Its enjoyable.:-)

jumping rope is one of the best cardio exercises.

I'll go with walking - simple as in low impact, little equipment. Throw in a some stretching, maybe some deep breathing, some weight work; you'll have a good basic workout that anybody in any shape can use and improve with. I also ride a bike. For me the trick is to vary enough so I stick with it but not overdo anything so that I don't burnout. One of favorites forused to be raquetball. I got away from it because of time constraints and I really wasn't any good at it. +5 because why not.

it varies with each individual...WALKING is good for most people. Stretching is very good as well. NOT YOGA...BUT just plain stretching. It will really make you feel better, too.
