Ron has abandoned his body and become some sort of physical manifestation, that Lucifer is in fact the ultimate bringer of truth and Jesus was a pedophile and otherwise mean man and that aliens are meddling with our DNA in an effort to restrict us to only seeing the physical plane. OTVIII is the final OT level in Scn though there are others that are alleged to exist but be unreleased. The organization's current management has tinkered with and altered quite a few of Hubbard's processes and courses, etc, so it could be very hard to tell what he really wrote and what he didn't. Here's what CofS says about it: "This Solo-audited level addresses the primary cause of amnesia on the whole track and lets one see the truth of his own existence. This is the first actual OT level and brings about a resurgence of power and native abilities for the being himself. This may be done at the Flag Ship Service Organization only.” To get to OTVIII, one has to complete OTVII. It takes years and a lot of money and from what some exes say, really grinds people down. It's called the "Truth revealed" level.
