What do you call calf high skirts and ankle high skirts?

  • Taking a flyer on this one, but calf high skirts are usually called knee length and ankle high skirts are called ankle length skirts.

    If ZackAttack is talking about MID-calf length skirts, I think they've sometimes been called ballerina-length (not the tutu, but the longer ballerina skirts worn in Romantic-Era ballets).

    Ankle length skirts are known as full length.

    The tea length and full length skirts are considered modest lengths for the wearer.
