Are ants amazing or annoying creatures? I think they are amazing, because it's the only animal that can lift 10 times their weight, so in proportion they are the strongest animal in the world.

They can be amazing when you think of what they do, but those same things they do can be maddening when they live in your house or use it as a traffic lane. We're having problems with carpenter ants and we live in a LOG cabin. Annoying? You bet :-(

To me they are amazing. Their complex social order and work ethic are impressive. Their cooperation is amazing. They are also fun to watch.
