  • yeah no contest, is the way to plead. There's no doubt you're guilty so you can't plead that and if you plead guilty that can be used against you to get damages. Plead no contest and explain your record and the situation and since this is a first offense the judge might drop the points as long as you agree to pay fines and tickets etc. Talk to a lawyer it will be worth the money to save the points on your license especially if you drive commercially.
  • No contest would be the best since you are guilty.
  • Talk to the prosecutor and ask if you can be let off with a warning since it can affect your CDL. Many times they are pretty forgiving. Be sure to tout your driving record of no citations in 9 years.
  • No contest, but next time don't pick something up while you're trying to drive :) Your good driving record will certainly help. Good luck.
  • not guilty make em prove it
  • The police probably had a hard time locating the owner of the parked vehicle, for an accident report. Since you did strike the parked vehicle, the citation was in order. Having a CDL and the consequences of the citation, is a tough call. you know your CDL comes with very strick driving guidelines. you could lose your license and a means to make a living. If your past driving record is okay, i would plead guilty. since no one was injured and only property damage, you may just have to attend the four hour defensive driving class. you cannot attend, if you do not plead....no contest. Save your CDL, by pleading guilty.
