i believe it takes more then the average person is willing to give, and i dont believe you can love someone at first sight.

Whatever you feel at first sight can be strong and compelling. To call it love, however, is stretching things. To "love" in he classical sense calls for a long-growing relationship with some false-starts, many turns and bumps and many compromises. If it really works it is worth it. I believe that while you can marry the one you just met, you chances are imporved considerably if you spend time getting to know them. This knwoing takes time and energy. And experience with the relationship. It can definitely be done but the statistical odds are poor.
