  • I think that this is a question that your eye specialist should answer. I have heard that they don't operate on cataracts until they reach a certain stage, if this has happened already then there is no cure so you might as well go for the operation - quite a straightforward procedure, I believe. Good luck, your sight is precious, do what you can to preserve it.
  • I would go with the sugery. My grandmother (who is almost 80) had the same thing and her surgery went really well. ~+~
