Your "% + ratings given" stays by 0 as long as you don't *give* any positive ratings. Your "+ %" amount for questions, answers and moderation concern the ratings that you receive for your questions, answers and moderation. They should stay void as long as you don't receive any ratings. ----- DETAILS ------- 1) The "my ratings" section displays the amount of positive (or negative) points that you can give on other people's questions and answers. Those are no more than 1 point in all cases if you are a Beginner.
