u cannot fix it!!! u have to go to the place where u bought the PSP and tell them your WLAN switch iz broken. they will fix it in a couple of dayz!

This answer is very LATE but 2 years ago I dropped my PSP on the ground and broke off the WLAN switch on the inside. i have Just recently taken my PSP apart(owned for 3 years, warrenty was dead) successfully and found that the wlan switch is connect by a prong like thing a but when i dropped it it had broken the prongs that connect the switch to the component that turns on the WLAN, on the inside, into sevral pieces. what i did was attempted to turn it on from the inside but it turned it's self back off. sooooo you can do one of two things in this sitution you can go to this site http://store.richspsxparts.com/pspmecaslnec.html and purchase a new WLAN set up or keep taking it apart and turning it on. Me im going to buy a new one.
