  • Quit listening to AM... Upgrade to satellite radio.
  • I have been looking and looking, looked in radio shack, auto stores and I don't even know if an antenna booster exists. Maybe if you bought a whip antenna, which are longer than a normal car antenna and used that, it might help..Good Luck
  • You might want to go to CCrane.com and check. I know they have boosters for table radios.
  • Look into getting a new HD car receiver. Mine cost about $100 and my favorite AM stations come in HD and sound so much better. You may want to go to hdradio.com and see what stations in your area broadcast in HD. The receiver I got is awesome. With am accecory I can even get my cell phone operating through the car speakers. I got a Dual XHD6425 from Amazon. Good luck!
  • Drive to the top of the highest mountain in your area and stay there and see if it works
  • outside electrical components interfere with am reception. There may have been some kind of upgrade in the power grid recently, if this is a new problem. If you have an external antenae, adding some length may improve it. SOMETIMES adding something conductive to your antennae will improve it. Most likely Im betting there has been some major construction in your area, power grids are overloaded and youre screwed. Sorry :(
