+5 on the question. I am under a lot of stress right now and I have panic attacks. I get the nausea, headaches, light-headedness and the exhaustion. Even my normal body cycle is thrown way off. (Stress can apparently effect everything.) When I have panic attacks I get shakey and I sweat more, I get palpitations, I get sick and, well, I panic.

I'm sorry to hear that. Hope things start looking up for you... and soon!

...my sudden disappearance; I don't ever intend to put up with stress, so I remove myself from it immediately unless I'm handcuffed to the radiator or steering wheel. It's not like I'm a coward; I have simply gotten tired of coping with other people's crap. Situations and conditions of my own making are no problem because I have lived long enough, and stirred up enough nonsense, so that I know how to handle stuff that I start. When somebody else surprises me with their stupidity, however, I bail. It's a simple solution to a historic problem, and it's a lesson I learned from Sgt. Kling: It's not my problem. Say that three times, tap your heels, and forget about it, whatever it is. Let somebody who wants a pat on their head handle it. It's a just conclusion. No stress for me.
