Absolutely, categorically, vehemently, forcefully, enthusiatically, sincerely WRONG! Bush's decision tom invade Iraq is the worst mistake of the 21st century so far. (Yes, 9/11 was bad, and bin Laden intended it, but Bush has killed more Americans, and hundreds of thousands more Iraquis).

I would like to read the full context of Gordon's remarks, but yes, overall. I think it is unfortunate Bush had to make this a full blown war on Terror, instead of a few clean strikes, but Saddam was a terrible criminal and Osama should be made an example of (by the death penalty.) The real criminals are those who have a financial interest in prolonging this war and those who have a political interest in cutting it short (to the loss of lives.) America needs to make a habit of making small promises that it can keep and then following through.
