What do you mean by "changed" to a bench trial? If you want a jury trial you must request it. Either side has the right to request it if the amount in controvery is enough.

An officer stopped me for speeding but didn't give me a ticket for it could I fight my other tickets in court because it like he didn't have a reason to stop me. I noticed he was following me before he stopped me, so wouldn't that be like harassing me
