  • You should attend a community college and do your very best to improve your GPA. Also, getting involved in community service or campus events at the community college will help your chances. A strong work history doesn't hurt either. Mainly...get your scores up on SAT and get that GPA up if it's low. Remember that you can take the SAT as many times as you want and keep the highest scores.
  • that letter was, no offense, a rejection letter.
  • Study, study, study. That's the only answer. Which is why I never went to uni myself =) So unless you want to end up like me - unemployed and on welfare - I'd (as mentioned above in triplicate) study, get your scores up, and re-apply. Oh, and if your spelling above is a sample on how you spell otherwise (how should I know? People tend to loosen the reins on their mental spellchecker when online =)), and if you're applying to a college in America/Great Britain/a English speaking country of your choice, then I'd work on that too. It isn't that bad, but schools tend to be sticklers on such things. If you have dyslexia, have someone else go over your paper. Good luck, and [deity of your choice] be with you! =D
