For me, that is usually the only alone time I get. I can come up with some pretty good ideas while I'm in the shower. Or plan out my day or figure out an answer to a problem at work.

I dont? maybe more so, when im in the bath?

Well, there aren't a gizzilion things to do in the shower and people usually leave you alone. You can't hear the phon0 or the kids arguing. So, your mind has time to do other things such as thinking about 'real' issues.
