I suppose so. If you are robust and well built, you should feel proud. The most beautiful people in the world come from every ethnicity and every class in every society. Racism is an ersatz pride that some people in a certain race feel towards those who are different. Perhaps they are not proud that they are genetically inferior and due to an inferiority complex, they need to make their self feel better by putting down others. (just a theory)

sure. because it is who you are. having pride in yourself includes, among many other things, your genetics. if it wasn't for that then you wouldn't be who you are.
