There was nothing quick about what I used to do. So, I'd have to settle for the former.

Wow, lousy choices... How about good sex once a week or a quickie everyday? (is that too much?) I would say the good sex once a month, but with my luck I would have plans on that day or a meeting... So I like my odds better with the quickie once a week.
