Never stop learning. Period. In today's market you have to have portable skills. You can't know just one thing anymore, you have to know several things and be good at them all. Once you think you have a job mastered, you need to change jobs or you will sink.

You have to be (1) Willing to learn and improve your knowledge always (2) You must be open minded and sincere (3) Alert always and understand the market move (4) Accept your mistakes and try to correct them (5) Understand also from your peers what they do and try to analyze where are you standing in comparison with others in the market competing with you (6) Do a SWAT analysis to know more about your Strengths, Weeknesses (7) Get opinions from your gal friend / boy friend and parents (8) Allign your plan with your career and life objectives .. U will go to the pinnacle
