I only know of one aunt with a name: Petunia. Petunia is Lily's only sister, so she's the only aunt on Harry's mom's side. Marge is the sister of Vernon, but she is not really Harry's aunt. I've no idea whether James Potter had any siblings, but in answer to your question: Only one aunt of Harry's is ever revealed.
