I can't but I know one piece of program that can.
It's called WIDI - Music Recognition System (http://www.widisoft.com/). It's the only one that actually works (80% similarity with origin). After conversion you have to decrease the tempo, because the midi will play too fast. You can use from many instruments, but multi instrumental is not supported, you have to use something else for that, like Music Maker Deluxe.
Yes. Any audio file can be converted between formats. Unfortunately, I don't of know any truely free converters.
