What I would consider "normal" would be the 40-60 range. If your engine has relatively high mileage, you should consider switching to a heavier viscosity oil. For example, if you are now using 10w30, try switching to 10w40 or maybe even 20w50 (what I use in my own truck) this may help get your pressure back up. If not, it may be that your oil pump is a little weak. You may try changing the oil pressure sending unit as well to insure that you are getting an accurate reading.
