yeah pulled over in a car park with a mate. tap on the window, cop goes open up the back. we let the two of em in n were smoking for about an hour before they realised they were still on duty n better get back to the station haha. good times

Yes, a loooong time ago. He never arrested people for smoking it, he would just scare the heck out of them, "give them a break" and confiscate their stash. The laws were not so harsh then.
