If you were stranded on a deserted island w/only a live chicken would ou eat it right away or raise it and feed off of its eggs?

Depends how much fish there is. A big chicken can go a long way. Make chicken fingers. Have one or two pieces every couple hours. It can last days.

Wait for the eggs. It could be an unlimited source of food.

Chickens only lay eggs when they have food. If there was food for a chicken, there would be food for me, and I wouldn't have to eat the chicken, I could eat the eggs.
