Depends on the paintball gun and your level of pain tolerance. LOL It can hurt. Reaallly bad. And you might get some welts from it. But hey. Its fun! ~+~
-
not too bad ... but it does depend on how far away and where it hits you..
-
I think it is relaxing and massaging. Back when i was a youngen i would shoot my feet when they itched and it made them feel much better. I mean it does feel great but when the sun is shining on you like that, wheeeewww then it is you know.
-
If you are shot at close range, pretty bad. My husband and son use to shoot each other on purpose to see who could take it better. I told them they were dumbasses. I also know another guy who was playing a game at a paintball arena. He was hit at VERY close range in the balls. One of them swelled to the size of a softball. He couldn't walk for almost a week.
-
If you have ever been kicked in the side, you know what it feels like. It is not enough pain to make paintballing not worth it, but you will know when you get hit!
-
It depends on how close the shooter is, and how powerful the gun is. I got hit in the elbow once, and not only did it hurt a lot, it drew blood, and hurt for nearly a week.
-
Depends on where you get hit! (some obvious body parts & the back & bones can be VERY painful) From what distance you get hit! (close distance shots, really hurt) Whether you was expecting the shot (you can prepare psychologically for the pain)! Whether the paintball rebounds (for me at-least a paintball that doesnt explode hurts more than a normal one)
-
There are a lot of things that factor in to how badly it hurts. What I can tell you is that they leave little doughnut shapped bruises wherever they hit you. And getting hit in the neck hurts. It also leaves a mark that resembles a hickey. From normal range though? It's not that bad. It will still leave a bruise, but it's doesn't really hurt. It kind of feels like someone snapping a rubberband on your skin.

more then once ive fallen to the ground in pain, back shots from within 10 feet while raiding the base and they have left scars :p
-
Ok i'm a girl so maybe not as tough as you guys. But i got hit in the ear. That stings like a mutha!!!!I cried!
-
It's enough to make you yell out, I'll just say that.

I saw a show on TV not too long ago with a kid that volunteered to be shot with paintballs. He was only wearing a T-shirt. They fired 100 rounds at him at a distance of like 20 yards away. you could see he was in pain as soon as they started. When they finished, he was in agony and they asked how much it hurt and would he do it again. he said it hurt a lot, and no, he would never have done it in the first place if he knew how much it was going to hurt. Then they lifted his shirt. It was shocking. Everyone was saying "oh, my God... oh, my God..." he was just covered with blood red welts and the skin was broken on a number of them. It just made your stomach turn to see it. These aren't the ones I saw on TV, but they'll give you an idea of how much it hurts and what paintballs can do to unprotected skin.
-
It can hurt a LOT. But you can prepare for it before going. Wearing a rainsuit is a good idea because it absorbs the velocity of the ball. It's also easier to clean. Goggles are a MUST.
-
It is more fun being shot with a real gun and having blood all over my suit rather than paint,

Depends on where you get hit (and your pain tolerance). Iv never been hit in the groin (so I cant comment on that). so, excluding that: the most painful place for me is in the back in the spine (propably) because: - the spine has very little muscle to protect it - the spine is full of nerves - a shot from behind is usually an unexpected shot (and so you havnt prepared psychologically) I love paintballing. when I get shot, it hurts, but it doesnt stop me wanting to carry on playing (I get annoyed that I am out). The one and only time that I (ever) wanted to stop playing, was the unexpected shot to the spine from behind!
-
We were wearing full overalls and face shield. From any distance it didn't hurt. Close up it did hurt, enough to make you want to take shelter real quick.
-
How about you stand over there and shoot you and you tell me if it hurts?
-
Yes.
-
No, they just have you wear all of those pads as a fashion statement.
-
Believve me it doesn't tickle!
-
I would imagine it hurts a little more than a tickle.
-
depends on the firepower and the range, but for the most part, yes it does. i've had some hit off the side of my knees and leave nice-sized bruises.
-
No it does not. But it does hurt getting shot by the paint balls that come from the gun.
-
If you mean when paintballing, not really. It's stings enough to make you want to not get hit, but the adrenaline usually numbs the pain mostly and it doesn't sting for long. If you mean standing and letting someone hit you when there's no adrenaline (and not much padding) then yes
-
it doesnt hurt
-
When you're wearing padding and stuff, no it doesn't. But it does sting a bit if you get hit close range without padding. Nothing too serious, though.
-
You never saw the Mythbusters episode where Adam and Jamie shot paintball guns at each other, to see who could stand the pain longer? Or any of the following videos of idiots getting shot by them? YES... It hurts!
-
depends on the gun, where u get hit and at what range.
-
When you get shot in the tits - HELL YES.
-
Not much, as you are usually too pumped to notice it. It's usually the day after that you wake up in the morning covered in a variety of interestingly shaped bruises that it hurts most.
-
not really. if you think about it yeahh. but most of the time your adrenaline numbs the pain. im 10 and i love paintballing.
-
When your playing paintball and all the adrenalines rushing threw you , you dont feel much but when every body sais with all the padding it doesnt hurt it does it doesnt hurt as much but it still stings for a little it depends on how far the guy is and where it hits you.
