What is a good smaller vacuum that can be used on hardwood and carpet, that costs under 100 dollars?

I bought a Bissell Powerforce something-or-other at K-Mart a few years ago. I think it cost about 45 bucks, and it works great. Plenty of useful attachments, adjustable heights, etc. The only problem was that the bags are really hard to find, but I remedied that by ordering them online from some site like "vacuumcleanerbags.com" or something similarly named.
