yea the FBI has one for people who actually try something so illegal and obvious. No my real answer would be almost certainly not, unless maybey they were cops. and if you did, it would not be in America, although odds are not really without a medical chemichal liscence. 90% you wont find em period. to my knowledge they are both very illegal. similar to acid which can be manslaughter or attempetd murder.lastly even looking can have potenltial problems due to the FBI falagging key word searches such as bomb or terrorist I beileve. Ketamine and GHB are both available online, but personally I don't think it is worth the risk. Ketamine isn't so bad legally, but GHB is really looked down on because of all the date rape it has been used for. You might want to make a trip up to Canada.
