Well... It's actually rather complicated.

First you take your Het (straight person) and strip him/her naked. This is best done without his/her knowledge but that can be tricky.

Next you wash him/her thoroughly in cool water mixed with a dash of natural honey - taking extra care around the armpits, bellybutton, anal, and genital areas. Again - this is best done without them noticing. If they do, they might wonder what you're up too. So try to distract them with TV or something.

Finally, dry them in a cashmere towel and sprinkle liberally with fairy dust.

The level of plasticity in human brain may just surprise you. But then again, it really depends on the person --- There are researches done on prisoners that you can look into, most of them go in straight as a gun, some of them come out fully turned. You know how a piece of music can sound crappy the first time you listen to it, but after 10 times it`s not so bad and 2 years from now it may even become one of your favourite song? Human brains are marvellous like that. If he/she can easily forgo his/her previous beliefs (including social opinions and his/her personal conclusions) and adjust to present situations fast, then it may be worth a shot for you to "turn" him/her.

If your "target" is a very curious person, congratulations you might just have won the lottery. Being curious means ready to put down the defenses and actively seeking to understand something new, you get him/her into this state of mind and everything else will be that much easier. Some alcohol to loosen up, some good communication, and you might just have that first step down. After that? Like I said, people get used to things --- if they really want to, and not always, but certainly worth a try.

If in doubt, you can always just show him/her some related porno...
