There are risks...but not enough to worry. Alternately, laughing gas (nitrous oxide) probably isn't the only meathod to put someone 'under the gas'.

It could be, but everything can be dangerous. They did a surgery to my nephew at this age and on his teeth too. What happened is they gave him adult pain medicine instead of childrens and for about a week he was literally high as a kite. But he is ok now. Some cases it can actually ruin the kids permanent teeth if you don't fix the baby teeth, so you have to weigh the odds..Good luck!
