  • A sexy recipe? lol Alrighty then... here's my go at it. Lucky that my favorite thing to make is quesadillas... First the ingredients. Anything that I have listed as packaged doesn't have a specific amount because it's your quesadillas, put as much as you want on it. 2 Burrito sized tortillas 1 pkg pre-cooked boneless chicken slices (Southwestern style works best hah.) 1 pkg "Mexican" style shredded cheese 2 tbs. Chunky salsa (per quesadilla) A dash of hot sauce (optional) This is the key ingredient to SEXY quesadillas... --Marvin Gaye or Luther Vandross music HAS to be playing or they will just come out as ordinary not-so-sexy quesadillas-- Preparation: Turn on the stove burner to medium-high setting. Grease the skillet you'll be using. To make: Put the ingredients in the tortilla... ( I, personally, use about a handful of cheese and chicken for each one.) Cheese first, then chicken then salsa/hot sauce. Make sure it's evenly in the middle, and not too much to fold in half. Check the skillet to see if it is hot enough. When it is ready, say "Eres bonita" or something in your best hot latino voice, put both quesadillas in the skillet. While waiting to cook, it is advisable to set the oven light to low and sing along with your sexy cds. When the cheese is melted and outside is "golden brown" then it is time to eat the deliciously sexy quesadillas. iQue Atractivo! I'm going to get so many negative ratings for this, hah. But hey, it's a sexy as quesadillas can get.
  • Better yet, just take two tortillas, a handfull of cheese, some slices of chicken, and a Luthor Vandross album. Grill lightly untill the tortillas are golden brown, and the cheese, (both grated and musical) is melted. Serve on a silver platter with a bowl of pico di gueyo.
  • 12 ounces cooked chicken breast halves 2/3 cup shredded monterey jack cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion 8 (8") flour tortillas 1 cup salsa 1 cup sour cream Combine chicken and salsa in bowl. Divide chicken mixture, cheese and green onions evenly among 4 tortillas. Cover with remaining tortillas. Heat one tortilla stack in large skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn tortilla over and repeat for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortilla stacks. Serve with sour cream.
