Gwenny has a point, but if you started your pill at the time when you otherwise would have gone in for a jab, I don't think you'd have unprotected time. When I switched from the pill to an IUD, they said I could have sex that day if i wanted to, my IUD coverage would pick up where my pill coverage dropped off.
