If i can see clearly out of other people's glasses does that mean i need them?

Do you mean clearer or clearly, clearly isn't important but if you can see clearer then, obviously, you might need them...

Have you noticed a changed in your vision for starters? I would have an eye test anyway just to be on the safe side ok.
