  • i have had general anxiety since highschool. i used to feel so anxious every morning that i would throwup and choke for a good 10 minutes every morning and still wake up with a migrain and a aching body.im sure if you have been searching for answers, someone has sujjested meditation or yoga to you. THE ABSOLUTE BEST solution you will EVER find is yoga and meditation. i kind of do a combination of both. yoga is not INCREDIBLY POPULAR for no reason. and at first it might not seem like yoga can solve such a huge problem, but beleive me it can. find a couple good neck excersizes on the internet and practise them SLOWLY taking DEEP breaths. YOU CAN NOT RUSH THIS. having an anxiety dissorder, i gaurentee it will be hard to get your brain together enough to meditate and will be very difficult your first couple times but stick with it. you should be practicing for at least 15 minutes. hold each pose for a couple minutes and think about absolutely nothing if you can. if you have trouble thinking about nothing themn concentrate on your deep breathing or on relaxing every muscle in your body. sorry for not being detailed on what excersizes to practise but im sure you will find many by googling "neck yoga" just remember not to rush thease at all and trust me, this is GOLD for anxiety.
