I made a positive difference in my own life, just taking the time to relax, vege out, and appreciate the stillness of a Saturday afternoon.... so my answer is yes!

I read in Newsweek about 4 months ago that 5 million Americans work some kind of a night shift. Most night shifts are in 2 eight hour shifts for one night. So the people who are sleeping at night are the lucky ones. These night-dwellers usually go unnoticed in our way of life I think. But it gives somebody a job if they can get use to the hours; from a practical standpoint. I guess Hospitals; Power Plants; Manufacturing; Nursing Homes; Food Processing; all goes 24 hours a day now; when I think about it. take care
