  • Today. I received a pair of pants yesterday that did not fit me. I called the operator and told the person about the delivery. They said I couldn't do anything at all. And then, I just got upset and hanged up.
  • Yesterday. I got pissed at a Cox cable rep. I signed up for a promotion for HBO/Cinemax and contacted tech support when the channels didn't come in. Got the run around and tech support finally said they couldn't do anything until billing got their shit together. Billing closed 15 minutes prior, so I had to wait until the next day. Needless to say, I got a bit upset by the inefficiency of their operation. If I wasn't living in an apartment at the moment, I'd go back to DirecTV in a second. Oh well, what can you do?
  • About 6 months ago at my grandparent's house, my grandma's router for her DSL stopped working. She was very frustrated, so she had me call for support. The first person didn't know what to do, so he put me with another person, who put me with a third person, who spent 20 minutes with me and then just hung up.
  • 3 Months ago at a Rogers telephone rep...oh man, she was the dumbest person in exitance...I had to tell her my name 5!!! times(different computer screens apparently) and my phone STILL didn't get cancelled after the phone call...phone people in general kinda make me mad
  • They are just trying to do their job. Getting mad at them is just a projection that is way beyond what their role is.
  • Today! I hate CVS drugstores. I try to combine walking with errands I have to do which is my exercise plus saving gas and I'd left my purse at home. I didn't have my little "membership" card so they said I couldn't use the store discount I'd received due to the "points" I'd collected in spending. I hate their system and am not going to purchase another thing in their stores. I've been threatening this for some time and now I'M GONNA DO IT!! Thanks.
  • "Customer Service"..hah! I get very frustrated because most of the time I keep getting bounced around to a zillion different people, none of whom can answer my question, all of whom say, in effect, "that's not my job..that's not my department" yada yada yada. I do remember in the "olden days" when Customer Service really did exist. Now..well, I live in Hemet, California..I find I am usually ending up talking to someone in India..Verizon is right down the street..Time Warner Cable is a few miles away..why do I always end up talking to someone in India? :(
