its infected.
i would take it out and squeeze out as much puss as possible, then clean the barbell with alcohol, put it back in, and do this every time you eat or drink.
my tongue did the same thing.
it got better with this method.

MAYBE that tongue hole will close itself back up naturally. (I wish the ozone hole above Antarctica would do the same, or man has to fix it himself.)

go back and see your piercer, they will advise you properly, remember to keep it as clean as possible

i just got my tongue pierced two days ago and my tongue is very yellowish is the back is this normal or should i take it out?

You're reading I pierced my tongue 2 weeks ago, now I have a raised circle on the top of my tongue, around the ball. It's not white but it hurts a good amount, and I'm pussing alot more than usual. What is this and how do I fix it?
