$20 million worth of coupons are worth $20,000,000. 20 million coupons at the value you stated would be worth $10,000 so you would need 2 billion of them to have $1,000,000 worth.

You would have to collect 20,000,000,000 of them to make that much. Have you got a drawer in the kitchen big enough to stuff 20 billion coupons in? And remember, they expire.
