  • Odd way to promote a business..by screwing your client! Don't think you'll have to worry much. Where would you find people that naive to fall for that blather? :(
  • I don't know how it works in the US, but according to International Law no one can waive their rights, it is not permitted by most constitutions. Regards.
  • I don't think I'd ever waive my rights if I could help it, but I do know from personal experience that the three day right to cancel thing don't always apply AND even if it does you'll get screwed out of it somehow anyway!
  • In our state (and maybe all are the same) a seller can contest the "three day to cancel option" if you were the one that came to him looking for the deal or product (that's what one told me when I bought a car that had some hidden problems.) He fixed, I kept. End of story.
