Fashion highly pertains to sex appeal wanting it or not, and inevitably influences many people, most especially young women. While my own opinion centers more on parenting and the individual's common sense, it can't be expected that everyone will know what to do or what not to do right off the bat, and so, while I really don't like restrictions, I can't quite argue with the apparent good intent behind such measures. Some things just can't be avoided, and there may be no real age to wait for until someone is able to make whatever decision constitutes as ''right'', it can't be argued that such a strong social element won't help people not do or think stupid things, or even instill some crazy mindset into someone, especially young people.
