I use a tongue scraper every night. Sometimes, I use a toothbrush and toothpaste during the day to freshen my tongue/breath. If you see the crud that comes off with a tongue scraper, you will never not use one. Tongue scrapers make me gag sometimes when they hit the back of my throat.
